Upgraded 3 of my basic 66's with sound decoders & 8 Ohm speakers. These are a must for a perfect fit & to do a proper job. Easy to do & well worth doing.

These clips hold the speaker in quite firmly, however I did find they were a little fiddly to fit. Firm but gentle pressure is required, and great care must be taken not to damage anything in the process. It has been suggested that some vibration noises come from the speaker and clips at certain frequencies, but I certainly didn’t find this to be the case. With the plug in speaker, these clips make for a relatively quick and easy installation.
