Nice Loco

a little handy loco for small layouts. The print are splendid and the paintjob good. Only the fitting of a decoder are a challenge with the pipes and other things who are very fragile. I have used a ESU Lokpilot and worked fine. Its a Hattons legacy and have no flickering lights in the cab.

Top quality

Very nice loco . Great detail amazing livery ,runs very smoothly.
Strong co strut ion and fantastic packaging.
No chance of damage in transit. Accurascale should be congratulated on this model and bode well for future releases

Buy one!!!

Lovely smooth running and surefooted. I've a lot of the former Hattons version of this loco but the Accurascale seems better put together and seems to perform better.

Another great engine

Detail is fantastic, quality is superb. It's so nice to see Accutascale continue this piece of Hattons heritage

Exquisite industrial Engine

This truly is beautiful model, it runs well and the amount of detail and quality is awesome . I chose the Caledonian livery version as I had seen this loco in March this year at the Mid Suffolk Railway, and loved the grey with the white lining.

a lovely little engine,

a lovely little engine, surprisingly weighty with plenty of die-cast metal and nicely detailed

Accurascale Barclay

A lovely little loco and great value.
I've bought two of them. I can't see any difference/ improvement on the Hattons model though .Unfortunately this includes the stiffness/ jerkiness at low speed on one of my models. This was also evident on the Hattons version and requires lubrication of the pistons and connecting rods. The box is also ridiculous! !
