 BR J69 68535 appartenait au même lot de 1892 que le n° 359, étant à l'origine numéroté 358 sous le GER et 7358 sous le LNER et a également été reconstruit sous le nom R24r en 1904. Avec 19 autres locomotives J69, 7358 a été transférée dans la région écossaise pendant 1927/28 et tandis que 11 de ces locomotives étaient  retourné au Sud entre 1944 et 1952, le maintenant renuméroté 68535 est resté en Écosse affecté au Dundee Shed 62B, jusqu'à son retrait en août 1959.
