Great improvement, complementing the factory fitted speaker.

Great improvement to the sound and works in parallel with the factory fitted speaker whilst presenting a 4 ohm overall load to the decoder.

Purchased to replace the 4 ohm speaker in one of my Class 37 models, I believe it gives a better sound than the original.

Balanced sound

The 8 ohm speaker allows better control of the volume without issue.
The only caveat to this speaker is when fitting to the class 31, where you have to remove the lugs to allow it to fit in the loco.
