Product Delivered.

Had to wait a bit longer than expeted as it was dispatched all the way from Hong Kong, but arrived in good order, being well packaged. Very happy with the model, runs nicely and no damage.

The execution and detail of this model is fantastic. So good that I have ordered another, this time, a green one.

Loco arrived very well packaged but on opening the box and trying the loco was found not to be working. Disappointed as this was the first Accurascale purchase. Returned to manufacturer using the returns scheme which went smoothly and have now received a replacement which is absolutely fine. Have one of these models from the previous manufacturer and it is just as good.

Happy to have purchased

Back when Hattons first released their P class and Andrew Barclays, I was excited for fantastic models for a fantastic price. I had missed the run of the Andrew Barclays and was so excited when the tooling was picked up by Accurascale! I had to have one. Again, a quality piece for a great price. Looks great aesthetically and runs like a dream. I have the blue unlettered/unnumbered version and plan on adding letters and weathering at some point. Very happy with my purchase! - Tony’s NWR

Incredibly good, but

I have to say the my loco is incredibly good, the details, the paint job and it runs very smoothly. I have been making models for sixty years, but I don’t make them any more because I can't hope to better the new RTR offerings of companies like Accurascale. In my review there was a but, and it was a shame because I couldn't say it was 100%. For some reason the rear of the cab had been pushed forward, bent between the rear cab panel and the roof supports. I've straightened it as for as I dare, but there's still a bow. Pity.

Lined dark blue Andrew Barclay

Non runner on arrival, emailed Accurascale and they got back to me very quickly, with an explanation and a detailed, easy to follow method to solve the issue.

Beyond that, the model is fully intact, and beautifully decorated. Now the recommended method has been implemented, it runs nicely as well.

How Prevalent is the Engine mounting fault

Bought 2 Barclays . One Worked The Other Sat there with its motor spinning . Thats 50% failure . Surely this problem must have been noticed before they got to the customers .If not why not.

Fantastic little model

I've heard nothing but praise for this diminutive little tank engine, and now that I have one I completely get it. Excellently detailed and a flawless runner on my less than ideal trackwork. Great to see this model wasn't lost when Hattons shut down.
