Amazing detail, quality and value!

Such a step up from the 'high detail' Hornby versions. Proportionally they look great and have real presence. The triple packs are such a good idea too enabling you to build realistic rakes with ease.

I love all the minor detail differences with operator logos etc. There's nothing worse than getting a wagon pack where the numbers are sequential, so it's good that these are 'random'.

Packaging, as we've come to expect from Accurascale, is sturdy and has a quality feel.

Can't wait for the next batch!

Delightful - how about putting sound in one of the hoppers?? :)

Runs nice behind my Accurscale Manor - but I miss the clank and clatter of the real ones where I used to work at Didcot Power Station - they used to clang, clunk and crash about as the class 66 up front stopped to enter the main line then set off again, troublesome trucks indeed! - memories:) So how about it - will need the coal load fitted to hide the speakers - one per every three hoppers should be enough. Have the EWS 66 on pre order :)

Lovely set of wagons

These are really nice pieces of kit and put my old Hornby set (from 20 years ago!) very much in their place. The detail is so good and (so far) the train runs pretty much faultlessly. I bought 9 and they really look the part behind my EWS Class 66.

My only suggestion would be that a "Tail Wagon" with a working tail light(s) would be a really good addition to the rake. Not so easy I guess (unless it was a full wagon) but I’d definitely buy one of those.

HCA REVIEW

These MGR wagons are incredibly detailed and represent excellent very good value for money. Attention to detail is, as always, and run incredibly smoothly. Highly, highly recommended.

Amazing quality & value

Bought a set of MGRs in the black friday discount. At this price the quality and value mix is insane - cheaper than older less fidelity models from Hornby
