Well worth it

Decided last minute to order a Deltic and although I have never seen one in the flesh, I always liked this variation. On arrival it didn’t disappoint and I’m glad I decided to purchase it. I’ve got a few Accurascale sound locos but the sound in this Deltic was superb. Another brilliant model by Accursacale.

Deltic Second Run 9016 Porterbrook Exclusive

I had the first run version which was good, but delighted to see the second run is so much improved, chains now separate fitting if required, makes body removal to fit crew much easier, Nothing loose, nothing fell off and the sound is fantastic. Delighted with the newer version of this re-run model

A great looking locomotive.
Construction is to Accurascale exacting standards, which we all now expect.
Sound quality is extremely realistic.
The locomotive functions without any issues and has been very reliable.

Porter took on target

Nice weight and commanding detail. It has hi lighted a track error on my build( no big one) as it has three rigid bogies the centre wheel finds a weakness on a bend same point. I can alter the track. Could it be possible to on 3 wheeled bogies to have centre wheel a sprung floating wheel on future builds? Just putting it out there. Brother than that another 100% ACCURASCALE build

Perfectly Purple

I’ve always wanted a good model of a Deltic and this one is superb, it perfectly captures the presence and stance of the real thing. The application of the livery is excellent. Your service and help is very good but I have one little niggle, the outer package was strong but three times bigger than the inner and although the inner package had cardboard protectors on each end it was obvious that the inner package had been moving about inside the outer. The clear sleeve on the inner package was slightly damaged but I managed to smooth it out, this does not detract from the five star rating I gave.
