Amazing model, looks and sound fantastic. Very smooth runner with fantastic pulling power!

What can I say about this loco that hasn't already been said? This is only my 2nd Class 66 (Just got back into the hobby after 60 years out of it). This loco outshines my other 66 (no names). The detail is incredible, the sound is great and very realistic unlike others. All I have to do now is get a layout made to run it fully. On another point, can I just mention the customer service from Accurascale. It has been second to none from the start. Patrick was on the ball keeping me "in the loop". I've only ever bought 4 brand new locos and this was my first Accurascale - but it won't be my last. Don't think I'll ever go back to H, B, D or the rest. Have to save pennies now as I've seen my next Accurascale purchase. Hard to do on just a state pension.

I am delighted with this latest Class 66 purchase from Accurascale.
All aspects of the model are superb, and Accurascale continues to enhance their reputation for producing extremely accurate models at affordable prices.
I now possess several of their diesel variants but, in my opinion, this is one of their finest to date.
I also wish to thank Customer Services for their help in arranging my request for delayed delivery.

Initially I had a problem with my order due to a manufacturing defect. On getting in touch I was issued a returns label and the whole process was smooth all the way through. The new model was faultless.
A great job to take the already excellent Hattons model and bring it up to accurascale spec. Everything is as I would want it, flawless livery application, all the features expected of a model in 2024 including stay alive, multiple light options, great sound file etc. I did find the sound a little missing in volume and depth but this has been easily resolved by adjusting the treble and bass via CV’s, very easily done and makes a huge difference.
All in I am one very happy customer.

Another super solid model from Accurascale who continue to produce top-quality models at a realistic price. Other manufacturers should be worried with the sound quality excellent and finish too. Runs well at all speeds Keep it up.

Accurascale seem to be able to produce top-quality models at a realistic price, putting other manufacturers to shame. The sound quality is superb too; probably the best bass response you could expect from a 4mm scale model. I'm glad that they made this charity model as it gave me an excuse to buy a prototype that doesn't match anything else I own. "Samaritans" shed on the way for that reason too.
