LNER J69 Nr. 359 stammte aus einer früheren Charge von zehn Lokomotiven, die 1892 in Stratford gebaut wurden, und wurde 1904 in die R24r-Klasse umgebaut, wodurch neue Sicherheit < erlangt wurde t3>Ventile, ein neues Kesseldesign und 1180-Gallonen-Seitentanks , aber Beibehaltung der ursprünglichen schmalen Kabine und des Kohlebunkers . Nr. 359 ist in der frühesten 1923 Version der LNER-Lackierung in Schwarz mit rotem Futter dargestellt, mit vollständig schattierten L&NER-Initialen.

  • Large coreless motor, for a haulage capacity of not less than 1kg, from a standing start, on a 3% incline.
  • Helical gear box for maximum performance and slow speed running.
